The Global Young Leaders Initiative empowers youth especially from the Global South to shape the future of climate action. Through workshops, webinars, and events, we cultivate knowledge, community, and leadership skills by supporting youth engagement with climate intervention science. Young leaders engage directly with leading researchers, connect across regions, and share their lived experiences to build collective insight. By amplifying youth voices through original reports and analyses, we ensure that their perspectives reach beyond peer networks into the broader climate and research community. Our goal is to nurture informed, inspired leaders who will carry forward bold, equitable solutions for a changing world.
